Cancellation policy

Right of cancellation

You have the right to cancel this agreement within fourteen days without stating a reason. The cancellation period lasts for fourteen days, starting from the date on which the agreement is concluded.

You may use the enclosed sample cancellation form for this purpose, but this is not essential.

To remain within the time limit for cancellation, it is sufficient to notify us that you are exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation deadline.

Consequences of cancellation

If you cancel this agreement, we will refund all payments that we have received from you promptly and at the latest within fourteen days of the date on which we receive notification that you are cancelling this agreement. When making this refund we will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not under any circumstances be charged any fees as a result of this refund.

If you have requested that the services should commence during the cancellation period, you must pay us an appropriate amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided in relation to the overall scope of the services covered by this agreement, up to the point when you notified us that you are exercising your right of cancellation with regard to this agreement.

End of cancellation policy

Note on the possibility of early lapse of the right of cancellation

Your right of cancellation shall lapse if we have supplied our service in full and did not commence execution of the service until after you gave your express authorisation and at the same time acknowledged that you would lose your right of cancellation in the event of the agreement having been completely fulfilled on our part.
